Next Baron's Briefing - Helen Walker and Rory Carruthers

The next Baron's Briefing will be on Monday, 16th November, at 5pm London time (GMT).  Reuters Archive Manager Helen Walker and Reuters Archivist Rory Carruthers will give an online talk entitled, "25 Years Later: How Reuters Media Ingest Hub Revealed New Perspectives on 9/11".

The Reuters Media Ingest Hub is a newly established, industry-leading facility digitising largely unseen bureaux news footage, bringing unique and never-before-seen historic visuals to life.

Walker and Carruthers will describe how the Hub has already scored a major success with UK Channel 5's documentary, "9/11: The Unseen Tapes", which uses footage filmed in New York immediately after the attacks and recovered through the digitisation programme.

If you would like to join the Briefing, please email baronsbriefing@gmail.com , stating your connection with Reuters or Thomson Reuters.
