TRI price target raised to C$39

The price target on shares of Thomson Reuters was raised to C$39 from C$36 on Friday. BMO Capital Markets, in a research note, set an Outperform rating on the stock.

In other recent research reports analysts at CIBC and TD Securities have each raised their price target to C$35 from $33.

TRI stock traded up nearly one per cent on Friday, touching a high of C$35.52 – its 52-week high – in Toronto. On the New York Stock Exchange the high was $34.53.

Thomson Reuters shares will trade ex-dividend on Tuesday for its quarterly dividend of $0.325, payable on 17 June. ■
