Extra pizza topping

David Mulhall had a love of good food and music, providing it was played on vinyl records, not tapes or later CDs. He was fastidious about hygiene and his appearance, so when a cockroach dropped from the ceiling into his pizza at a ristorante in Hong Kong we all roared with laughter as he sat mesmerised, before asking the waiter to throw the whole lot away. ■
