Maggie Fox lands key CNN job

Maggie Fox (photo), formerly Reuters global health and science editor, is joining CNN as senior health editor.

“I am so excited about joining a team of pros whose work I've long admired,” she wrote on Facebook. 

Health, medicine and science are her speciality.

Most recently senior writer for NBC News, she is working on a book about how how Americans struggle to get good medical care, and how that affects attitudes towards alternative medicine.  ■
