Colleagues remember Aleco Joannides

Family and friends of the late Alexandre 'Aleco' Joannides honoured his memory on Wednesday at a church mass and burial of his cremated remains followed by a social gathering in London.

Mass was said at St Mary’s Church, Chelsea, after which Joannides’ ashes were interred in the church garden. Family and friends including many former colleagues then gathered at the Special Forces Club in Knightsbridge to drink to his memory.
