To add to Barry's wide-ranging achievements, I am also remembering the many years when he represented the interests of RPF pensioners- current and deferred- as a Member Elected Trustee.

Always courteous, always focused ,always determined to achieve clarity, consistency and fairness. He had thousands of members' backs and so many are the better for that. ■
