Alexander Chancellor: One of the finest of his generation

Alexander Chancellor was one of the finest Fleet Street journalists of his generation. After joining Reuters as a graduate trainee journalist he was posted to Paris and then to Rome where he was appointed chief correspondent. Alexander resigned a few years later to pursue wider scope for his versatile writing with leading newspapers and magazines. ■
