
Affinity groups are a key component in developing a diverse culture at Thomson Reuters, says Richard Beaven, Global Head of Change Programmes.
“TREGAL is a group which aims to support Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual (LGB) employees who work for Thomson Reuters,” he says. “It also aims to support anybody who may be associated or impacted by issues relating to sexual orientation in the workplace.”
The TREGAL group meets on the last Thursday of each month. The next meeting will be on Friday 28 August from 1:00-2:00 pm at South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London (Floor 2, Room 1).
